So many missionaries today are serving God while also dealing with chronic health challenges, such as fibromyalgia, MS, lupus, migraines, anxiety, etc. It can be hard and discouraging to keep going, especially when feeling alone and isolated in the suffering. *The “Gaal tree” is from John White’s fantasy series The Archives of Anothropos. Gaal is the Jesus-figure in the stories, and a “Gaal tree” is a tree that shows up in any location, when needed, for the servants of Gaal. A Gaal tree always offers safety, provision, rest, and refreshment. That is God’s heart for this support group. Much prayer has laid the foundation, and we pray God will use this community to bring comfort, strength, refreshment, and encouragement to His precious servants.
