“As you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you,
and even though my illness was a trial to you, you did not treat me with contempt or scorn.
Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus himself.”
–Galatians 4:13-14

So many missionaries today are serving God while also dealing with chronic health challenges, such as fibromyalgia, MS, lupus, migraines, anxiety, etc. It can be hard and discouraging for them to keep going, especially when they often feel alone and isolated in their suffering. If that’s you, or someone you know, then the Gaal Tree Community is here for you!

This is a support group where you can be encouraged and encourage others facing similar challenges. If you’ve been looking for a place of understanding, encouragement, prayer and support, we hope you’ll find it here.

This group is free. Simply sign up with your email address below. Members receive an encouraging monthly email and access to either a private fb group or a WhatsApp group (your preference).

*The “Gaal tree” is from John White’s fantasy series The Archives of Anothropos. Gaal is the Jesus-figure in the stories, and a “Gaal tree” is a tree that shows up in any location, when needed, for the servants of Gaal. A Gaal tree always offers safety, provision, rest, and refreshment. That is God’s heart for this support group. Much prayer has laid the foundation, and we pray God will use this community to bring comfort, strength, refreshment, and encouragement to His precious servants.
