In these 5 coaching sessions, we’ll explore the five basic things you need for life and health – breath, water, sleep, food, and joy. We’ll assess where you are and what you can do to improve each area, in order to build and maintain a strong foundation for health.
Basic information about our coaching packages:
Coaching sessions are approximately 50 minutes long. Sessions can be done via phone or video conference on the computer. (For video conferencing, you don’t have to download anything. We will email you a link, which you can simply click on to join the meeting.)
After your purchase is complete, we will contact you to schedule your sessions. It is your responsibility to remember your appointments and be on time for each session.
