Learn easy self-reflexology techniques you can use to alleviate symptoms and promote better health. This live workshop will teach you techniques you can use to help with common struggles, such as difficulty breathing, stress-relief, headaches, constipation, etc. You will also learn simple techniques you can teach your children to do for themselves.
This workshop will be hosted on zoom and recorded. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
